Do arch tower airdef to 4 and the last army camp to 6 and storages to lvl11 as they are needed at th8 to do most upgrades

Due to the removal of the loot bonus th8 i feel is the new best place to farm due to the lvl5 troops and able to see much higher gold raids while still be able to crack bases with farming strategies to reach storages and you will be able to do bk upgrades slightly faster with your own drill

If you have to ask then you're not ready, but in your case you are. Do it!

I would say you're ready! The reason I say don't max every single little thing out because I found that sometimes your other resources can go to waste. For example, at town hall 8, I maxed out as much as I could, but I didnt have a use for elixir towards the end. I could still max out some things with gold, but at the same time my elixir would just build up and I wouldnt be able to do anything with it. Good luck!

I disagree.

It is important to max out every single little thing. Let's say you didn't bother to get lvl5 teslas at TH8, but then at TH9 you decide that you want them. You are wasting resources, because now you have a TH9 loot penalty.
