Town hall 7 is THE best place to farm, and I'd get those walls going before th8.
Also, your bk is still only level 1... I'd recommend getting it to level 5 before the town hall upgrade. Same with the ADs.
Add a poll XD.
The majority, (as will I), will say max out totally before upgrading.

Storages needs to be maxed to save more cause upgrades at th8 are costly. Good luck.

Definitely upgrade more before going up.
If you played frequently, I suggest you max everything including LV 7 walls and lab upgrades except collectors, as once you got to TH8 you will be occupied with TONS of new upgrades so you will not have time to do your walls. I only have the luxury of upgrading walls since I am TH7 and I have not do a single LV 7 wall until I maxed TH9...which has been a long way to go for me.
