Depends.
First of all, you should upgrade your storages to eleven. They're only half a million each, and really will pay off in the long run. Second, if you are really wiling to stay at townhall 7 for a while, keep in mind the level 6 walls. I'd upgrade about 20 of them before you go up but that's just me. Third, all your defenses should be maxed out, I can't really tell from the photo if they all are but make sure that happens. Finally, I highly recommend you upgrade your collectors and mines. It really does pay off if you're inactive for, say, 12 hours, and you come to see you have over 36000 in each collector! Of course, this inflates loot for attackers so keep that in mind.
If you do some of these to your own preference, you should be fine. Good luck and clash on!
