Everything I have spent on the game has come from gift cards. $60 in all...
None(at the moment).

Not sure why you wouldn't count gift cards though since they still need to be purchased. I for one normally do all my purchasing in games via gift cards since you can normally get them on sale so if you are buying $5000.00+ at a time it can make quite diffrence

Too little for SC to uphold the old loot-system.
None at all and I have 4 builders and a near-maxed th8. I know a couple of people (midway through th9) who are even better that haven't paid either.
