Hey!
1). I just currently had 945 gems. I wondering should I saved my gems for the 4th builder hut, or saved it later for more to get Archer Queen? Which way is most legit way to spend?
2). I am currently th7. A bit of struggles to find opponents with good loot. Any can advices which trophies range is best for me to farm?

Before you do anything else get the builders, if your an active player that raids a few times per day.
If you have good Th7 troops try Silver 1 or 2, I imagine that you can find lots of easy Th7/6 to smash up. You will always have to keep moving around a bit in trophies to follow the best loot around.

I recommend trying 1200-1600 and see what you can find. If bases get too hard, drop some. If the loot is bad, try climbing. You'll find a sweet spot.
Go for the builder. And I'd say about 1300 to 1500 trophies for decent loot. I've been seeing 100k + with about 10 clicks on next.
