TH8 doesn't need an xbow. If they get an xbow, then they should remove the loot penalty for TH10 attacking them.

Personally, I don't find Inferno Towers to be an issue... Then again, I never really faced one. I would like to see an improvement in loot system, though.
Funny how its all th8, and th9 complaining about infernos being to hard to attack. I'm at Th10 and I have no problem attacking a village with Infernos set on multi. You just need to rethink your attack strategies, and stop trying to get away with using the cheapest army possible. Tier one troops shouldn't be able to beat a TH10 base. Before the multi update a th8 with a team of hogs and heals would wipe out my base with no problems. Now after reading a few of the threads about OP infernos people want two things. One get rid of the healing ability, which would make hogs a main attack strat again, or 2. lower the amount of troops able to be attacked by it. The last idea is the most reasonable one, and I'm completely for that. I forgot who mentioned it but lvl 1 should be able to target 3 troops lvl 2 4 troops, and level 3 5 troops would solve the inferno problem.
Absolutely I would like to see it. Infernos are way OP.

If the inferno is so great, how bout upgrade your TH to 10 and be amazed how it's not the case.
I do agree- I would rather attack a TH9 with max splash and xbows and level 10 point defences than a TH10 with disco infernos with miniball. Pushing is harder than last time (before the update) because I can't be active enough to get 30 trophies every session to prep for defence.
