Voted no, not cause I think they are not OP, they are. Very premie Th10's should be easy to beat or why take the time to max out Th8/9.
What I'm looking for SC to do is add a dark troop to Th9 that can combat them, although I wouldn't want a totally OP troop added, just something that with skill in a mixed army, controlled by a good player has a more than average chance of destroying them and the premie base they come with.
OP isn't talking about hogs/ Or th 10 being extremely overpowered fellas.
Hes talking about "premature" th 10 bases with all Lv 2 defenses can face foll with just max IT's/DT's alone.
None the less i don't complain much these days or agree for the matter,
But i have to agree with OP on this one because its true.
Give TH9s freeze spells to compete with them at least!

EDIT; i remember having a variety of troops to be able to attack th 10s with and do fairly decent.
Since the DT's introduction that variety has gone down tremendously, Multi troops are done for.
Miniballs,BAM,Barch just a few to list of the popular attacks now extremely hesitated to use now.
I understand the point of the DT's were to ward hogs off and it does GREAT cause heal is non existent
Now against it. But they did really have to go Overboard with it? 5+ laser beams com'on!

Nope, better just upgrade the troop and give the th 8 1 xbow as compesation for harder offense
