Pressing "Next" when searching for a base to raid there are clouds that block out the previous base while the servers are searching for the next base to view, the op is refering to these clouds When you have around 3400 trophies drifting through the clouds is a comber some proccess. Some have even called the clouds a "screen saver"

I'm not super high trophies/TH/etc... Just hitting the next button waaaay too much... And to top it off, the internet here in Zambia is terrible, so there are times when I can't find a base for ten minutes or more due to terrible connection...There are many reasons to hate clouds... But no matter our gripe, we are all united in our loathing of those damn stupid clouds...
