No. The building clock runs in sync with Supercell servers (for the most part). This won't impact your build time.Quote:

Nope, construction still occurs under attack. However, if you treat your builders unfairly and dont give them enough breaks, they'll go on strike, and you'll have to wait a month before using them again :rolleyes:
