Attacking is something that can be done all throughout the game and while troops are what make the battle, spells are to so I was thinking why not add a second spell factory at town hall level 9 or 10.

Attacking is already to op without and extra 5 spells mad lvl 10 that means 2 lighting 2 healing 2 rage 2 jump and 2 freeze.

I personally don't think Supercell will add this, as they want you to boost your factory to speed up spell production.
I don't think anyone's storages could withstand 10 level-5 lightning spells.
I was thinking you could only que one extra in your factory, but now that you mention it, why not do more?
Although, I don't really care if that loot was stored/hidden. I can already hide 516,000 elixir in my barracks.

516,000 hidden elixir
Who cares about 200k more?
2 spell factories would be too much.
