A few comment/suggestions. Some control over who can PM you, admins only, clan, friends, and all. It might be a good tool for admins or support. Allow PMing people in your friend list. Rather than not allowing clan members to PM how about just as long as they have the new tag?

Nice work Saltin :) Very well made and organized, and I like the pics! I'd love to be able to message some clan mates specifically. Hopefully the server could handle it, and if it could I'd be all for it. I'll read through it all the get a better understanding of how you'd envision it being implemented but from what I can see, nice work!

Well, that was interesting. Not sure how I feel about members not being able to PM, but sounds pretty good overall. Maybe limiting the number of messages a member can send? (Not sure how it'll work when they repeatedly join and leave, though.)
