I bought gems will I get them back after I reset the game?

Deleting and reinstalling keeps the game information. If you do do a true restart of the game, you will NOT keep your gems.

My friend deleted his game then installed it and it reset his game. If I did that would I keep my bought gems.

You can't reset your game.

This doesn't delete your village, it merely severs the connection between your device and your village. The village still remains on their server.

Dahimi, What you say is true. However, he could reset his device like I said, which would then start him a new village. His old village would stay on the server, but he would be playing his new village.
