Not sure really. I have had a couple follow me for a day or so and drop off....I do run ads but not that often, usually my neighbors buy up everything. .I need to run more so I can finish Citizen Kane III.

303 as of today. Every month or so, I go through and remove anyone inactive for over a month so I don't waste a trip to their shop.

A great way to advertise all the time is to have your GC/FB in your "signature". You'll see many folks on this thread with such a signature, which prints below every post you make. It is highly recommended to have one, not only for your GC/FB but for other useful information. Unless the signature specifies otherwise, it usually means an open invitation to send a request to the poster. Also, adding your device type and software version helps both forum members and Staff answer technical questions

Look to the upper right of this page. Click on Settings, scroll down and look on the left side until you see Edit Signature. Type in your GC ID, FB URL, your Level, device type and software version, kik name (if you have one or other IM and name), anything else you wish (within the character/line limit), save, and voila! This will now accompany all of your postings here on the forum. :)

EDIT: Also, remember to update your signature as your Level changes and if you change your GC ID or other information.

Not good advice. You can post to the GC Add Me thread as often as you feel necessary but do NOT spam the tags. Their purpose is to aid in searching information on the forum, not as free ad space.


So, since this is a comparison thread (with a bit of swapping), I can keep it open. Hopefully, it won't turn into a duplicate add-me thread despite my post. :p

I have 54 friends, 15 followers and follow 5 farms. I love this game and have just discovered the forum which I hope will add to the the pleasure of the game for me...
