How about some praise for the SC developers and programmers for a change...?? I know the mods have been praised in the past, but you can include them again if you want.

This is a great game, enough said.
They are continually bringing us updates, and DO LISTEN to what we say/ask/request.
The DD is a lot better these days imho. You can now find just about anything you need.
We may all not like all of the board events, but they are fun, if a bit hectic.
I know we all complain now and again (myself included) but that can be constructive.
This forum is so full of helpful, welcoming, friendly, and at times, funny people.
Just a few of my own thoughts..

I agree with you, John. This is a great game. GC is very generous and always working hard to bring fun new updates to us. Hooray and thanks to SC developers and programmers!

This is a great idea to put some good vibes out there.

I love Supercell and I love Hay Day. This game is fun, fair, happy and I find the customer service to be quite helpful and timely when I submit a ticket. Supercell does a fantastic job and I truly feel they are dedicated to the players. I have done some research on SC and found them to be a most upstanding company. In fact, as a computer science student, I would love to work for them one day. Thanks Supercell. You all rock!!

I agree with you. This game is the best I've played ever because of all of the reasons you said. SC works really hard to please as many people as they can. No matter how hard they try, they can't please everyone. A lot of people always pick out the problems & complain about everything. I would just like to let SC know that Hay Day is the best game ever. I've never been hooked to a game as long as I have with Hay Day. So thanks a bunch SC for such an awesome game, I know you guys work really hard :D!!

I LOVE this game too. I live on a farm so I'm drawn to farming type games and Hay Day is the best of all of them that I found in App Store.

I do have a complaint!! This game is to addictive!

I love that SC made such a wonderful game, they listen to us and the forum is wonderful too. Such friendly people from all around the world.

I have never had any complaints, ever. Ok, sometimes there are really minor things which I do not like, but isn't that the case with other things too? HD is the only game I play and I really, really like it. I remember Shealie54 making some great posts about how it is super cheap and grand entertainment - I agree ;)

As a long time QA Tester I am adding my praises for their QA Testers (if they have a team there- some companies don't even have a formal test team or plan...). All of them from the Project Manager on down have a difficult job- dealing with budgets, deadlines, overtime, code that refuse to work no matter WHAT you do to it (been there done that), and finding unexpected bugs that throws a module/project into a tizzy...

So I raise my Pepsi to them.

As noted above- I'd love to work for them some day too but seeing as they are in Finland it's a hell of a commute...

Well the game is incredibly fluid. All the menus and animations and such flow together very well. The painted backgrounds and stuff are pretty nicely drawn. The personality in all the animals are pretty well designed and nice and subtle.

Well i also want to raise my coffe cup for them!

ive been playing a lot of games in the past including mmos (multiplayer online) and never ever seen a game before were the devs are so active ingame.... I mean an event every weekend!!!!! Still amazed about that! And the fact they listen to us.... That usually impossible to get heard frm devs and only updates u usually get is just so they can milk u of more cash! But not SC! So thank u SC for a fun game that feels fresh and i espessially love that the crops dont wilter!!!! ;):D

What makes this game great fun for me besides the farming is the great help you receive from your friends and being able to help them in return. SC and their developers have created a great game and what's a nice touch is when they give away diamonds for necessary maintenance:)

I agree. It is a great game. I have put a little money in it but very little. I didn't figure I had to and that is a big difference with a lot of the games out there. I was playing one game that never let you get ahead. You would get a lot of coins but Everytime you turned around you never had enough coins and hayday isn't like that. You see yourself getting someplace. (I know you lower levels don't think you do. But you'll see. You do get ahead). Keep challenging things coming our way sc

Thank you SC for this great and entertaining game! Thank you for all the thong that have been mentioned before on this thread! The social side to this game is just fantastic, too.

It's a wonderful game, studied in detail, Look at the snowflakes for example, or the trees. I spend time only watching at the farm's acticity. Thanks SC.

My grandson convinced me to try Clash of Clans, he wanted us to join his clan. My husband got hooked(I have lost all rights to our IPad) and it was just not my kind of game. I clicked on the Hay Day ad and have been hooked since. I have never played games on my IPhone prior to this. While Clash is not my kind of game, SC has also done a great job on it, and they keep it interesting by adding and changing things, just like on Hay Day.

I like that you can play it anywhere. I love that you can fix up your farm how you want and that you can change it whenever you feel like. It's rare you see 2 farms that look alike. Events come weekly, new things are introduced from time to time and I can play as often or as little as I want and still progress. I do not have to spend any money if I don't want to, the game can be played without buying diamonds. There are different approaches to playing the game and I love how I have changed those approaches the more I play. Most games you have one set of rules and that is all you can do.

SC will never be able to have everybody happy at all times and that includes me, however overall it is a top notch game and beats any others I have looked at. They have a done a great job with giving enough to keep most players coming back and they do deserve credit for that.

@Tim: make sure you mention I love the current fishing event. Like, I LOVE it. Did I mention I love it? Ok, lol. Everything else as well, HD is the only game I play. I'm usually bad at other games because I seem to lack 3D (in-depth) vision. Not sure if that is a condition, but with other games, I just love watching my friends playing them (Silent Hill for example). I have no chance at all. 2 seconds and my character is dead after spinning around ca. 100 times of course as I can't really see what I'm doing, lol.

I've played other farming games and HayDay is 200% better than any of them. I like how you can expand your barn, silo or land without having to send someone a request for the items you need and have to wait/hope they send them to you.

I've been playing for over a year....and that's a long time on one game for me....and it's just as addicting today as it was when I started playing. :)

Just suck it in SC u truly deserve our credit!! Wondering if CoC is as much fun?! Or have u guys done other games? Would be cool to check out im happy to try other games from such fun devs as u guys!

IMO, COC is major stressful and I could only deal with it for a few weeks.

Played alot of fight games before..... And no to be relaxing isnt really the point.... Its a good way to let of some steam thou!

OK, here are my complaints:

1. Someone else started this thread, so I don't get the credit for having done so.

2. The game is addicting...I play when I first awaken, often throughout the day, in the afternoon/evening when I'm done working, and right before bedtime.

3. The weekly events keep me hopping trying to make my personal goals, as well as contribute to the global goal, AND I still need to get prepared and take care of boat orders.

4. This game actually has a forum in which I can participate...more time consuming fun stuff!

5. Via these forums, as well as their FB page, SC actually listens to their players. Now I need to think of something to say...

6. Because of the social aspect of the game and these forums, I feel I've actually made friends with people all over the world. The problem? Because they are all over the world, I can't just take an afternoon and go out to lunch with any of them, or maybe go see a movie with them. Hmph!

7. The graphics of this game are excellent...so enjoyable to look at, another reason for #2!

8. I can't figure out the exact way to play this game, since there are so many different ways to play...some being right for Person A, yet Person B can play differently and it's just right for them. I don't know if I'm playing the right way, but guess I'm not doing too badly, since I'm on level 53 and getting closer and closer to 54 all the time.

9. I need to stop chatting here and get back to farming!

Lol knit girl! I have many if the same "complaints".

When I think about the amount of time I play hay day and hang out on the forum in relation to the cost of my couple of diamond purchases, this is probably the best value I have ever gotten with my entertainment budget. And, I justify the time and monetary expenditure as being productive since I am exercising my mind. Best of all, I feel good about including the game in my life because it encourages people to be kind to each other.

I have shared hay day with several friends and family members and love to hear from them how much they love it, too. Through hay day I have added something positive to their lives.

I like to play this game because it makes me think and pay attention to it instead of thinking about things in real life that are full of stress. It is like a little vacation I can go to in my spare time. When I am in Hay Day I forget about bad things and for awhile I live in a pretty place with goals that seem possible. It is a good thing.

Im thinking of complaints and i can only come up with one.... It takes too much time from my daily chores... And oooh yea! I sooooo love doing those.............

I am a senior in a retirement villa and my days could be long as I am not one to just sit around visiting. HD takes me into another world where I have to plan ahead and calculate each step I take so it really stimulates my mind. I have taken on a few fairy godchildren from around the world and this has been so much fun !! Yes I have spent money on diamonds but that is my choice ( but I really want the button to stop bad moves). Thanks for a wonderful ADDICTING game..... I play much of the day Lol

Good call. It's a sad fact that people are usually only motivated to say something when there's something wrong, and it takes an extra special effort and thought to say nice things. I write training material for a living, so I know this all too well :-)

It's a great game with so much variety, and it's fantastic that it's still possible for people to play it without paying a penny. Bravo Supercell.

I love this game too, and find I'm often smiling while I play. I love the quirkiness of the animation, like uncle Angus. Have you ever noticed that his eye patch and tattoo change sides when he walks around? That's just too funny. And you can sow one type of produce like lettuce, grow four on the patch and harvest two, how does that work? I love the way my old truck careens around the corners on my dirt road, but never actually spills anything. Sometimes I don't even harvest any of my crops because they look so pretty growing on my farm. Thanks so much SC for giving me all those chuckles and grins.

This is well-written and I second this statement. This game has soothed my stress many times. It's not only fun, it's healing! :) and I have met some fantastic and compassionate folks too that I consider friends. Very groovy. :)
