Life after TH7?

In the 1250 trophy range, I can usually click through 50 cities without one having a single base with more than 100K gold or elixir. I've read a lot of posts about how there are many 300/300 bases to be had, and I do find one maybe every 3 days or so, but with over 100 attack wins this series, I can say there is no good range for a TH8 to raid in the 1100 to 1400 trophy range.

I guess my question is, am I doing something wrong, or does the game pretty much end as I knew it after TH7? Am I supposed to just rely on collectors and launch one attack per day? I really don't understand why the game seems to have changed so dramatically. Is there just a glut of players staying at TH7?

I'm th 8 and I can usually find some 200k/200k bases every time i look for bases to attack it just sometimes takes a while (I'm in the 1500 range)

I'm in the low 1400's at the moment. Perhaps I need to climb up a bit further. For example, I've been on at about 10 raids today (results have scrolled off my status) over 8 hours, and I've made about 1M gold and 300K elixir total. I don't mind grinding, but I don't think it should take 80 hours to farm 3M elixir.

I haven't seen a base today that has had more than 200K of either. Maybe another 100 trophies will do the trick.

No life does not end after th7. Just for some players (like me) farming in silver is bad. I moved away from silver, had a hunt, then when I came back down i stopped around gold 3-2 area. I'm getting alright farming there 200k easy. Stay closer to gold 2 though.

Heck if you're at 4k cups you can probably gem what you need lol
