That describes it to the letter. I sometimes feel patient enough to explain that eldership is not given, it is earned, and explain the process, but sometimes I just kick the person out with the message "here is your eldership". Of course, they come back and write all sorts of obscenities, but that just makes me more certain of the decision to kick them out.Quote:
