Please Help! Gem Error! Want Refund! K

Ok so last week, I got the "Sweet Victory" achievement where you get 450 gems. So coming up to today, I have spent about 100 of the gems so now i have like 350 gems. My 2 builders were working on buildings so i decided to mess around. I tapped "Upgrade" on my lvl 8 barracks and I didn't have enough Exiler *I knew that*. So it gave me the option to spend like 350 gems to get enough exlier to upgrade it. Knowing that my 2 builders were occupied, I knew it would make me gem a builder to be available. So I click the Gem button, and it takes away my 350 Gems! My 2 builders were still occupied! I didn't get any exlier! I didn't even get the Barracks lvl 9! It just took away my remaining 350 gems. Now I have 8 gems left! I would really like a refund of my gems if its possible. And to also fix this glitch so it doesn't happen to anybody else.

PLEASE REFUND ME!

1. SC doesn't refund gems.

2. You got what you paid for. The 350 gems wasn't to finish Barrack lvl9 but to start it. The 350 gems went into finishing another upgrade (the one closest to finish), and for the missing elixir to start the upgrade. You still need gems to finish it.

But I didn't even get the Exlier. I can't upgrade it if I don't have enough.

What happen is (instant) :

You have 2 builders doing something.

You have lets say 900k elixir. (Barrack lvl9 need 1500k).

You click upgrade, while not having a free builder, and not enough elixir.

Here's what you misunderstood and what happened : The game offer you to start the upgrade for 350 gems. You click Yes.

The game free up a builder (some gems here).

The game gems the missing elixir.

The game start the upgrade.

You're left with 2 builder doing something (one on the barrack), and 0 elixir (since the game gems exactly what was missing and no more).

I didn't lose any exlier. I had about 1,000,000 and after i still had that. I got nothing in return. What I think your telling me is it will start when my closest builder is ready? I didn't even get the exlier so I don't see how thats possible

And are you even a staff member?

Contact support in game, they can see what happened to your gems and refund if it's warranted.

If it's the case, then yes something didn't work (strange cause I've never seen that). Like Bender said you have to contact support (from within the game it's better). Expect 2-3 weeks before getting a response (and refund if there's to be one).

Is there any other way to contact them? I don't have a google or anything like that. I do have a email but I don't want to use that unless theres no other way

Builders are finished, nothing. My gems just disappeared

Ya should have been more cautionous (lol don't know if i spelled that right)
