I have been champ many times, sometimes i drop to farm some new
upgrades ..
Now i am climbing back up again
2750 cups atm .. no shield for 2 days
only 1 defense ...whats going on ???
Did the hog nerf completely kill the game or is everyone just sitting on defense hoping for a win because they are to afraid attack using hogs, minions , baloons ?
Same here. At 2650 and no one has raided me for 4-5 days. Nice, but sorta curious how my base will hold up.Quote:

Jump up a lil more to above 2850 cups the fun should start there. Your base is getting skipped because there are easer bases to attack. I had the same problem last month then when i got to 3000 my base shot me up to champ on defense lol.

These threads are getting very tiresome from the point that every negative or positive comment is comming from a player who is basing this on their own personal experiences within the game. The fact that this becomes a flame war is ridiculous, all because your personal game experience holds no value for those on the other side. The only way to prove either theory right or wrong, is to have hard data from SC, and good luck with that.
I will add that comments like, crybabies, whiners, adapt, get over it, etc., only fan the flames, and to begin a thread with these included in the first line are there only to feed a hungry troll.
With that, I will add my personal experiences.
I have only played two days since the update. Not because I was angry with it, I actually quit a few days before it was released apparently, but because I was tired of the game in general. Once I realized there was an update, I decided to log in at least once a day to collect and see what armies I was now being attacked by and by whom. I dropped from crystal 1 to gold 2 and set up my experiment. I found that I was now being 3 stared far more often by maxed TH9's and 10's, wall farming, than I was in crystal 1. This trend seems to increased as more time passes. The raids are mostly spammed hogs with level 20+ heros backing them up.
As for what I was consistantly offered, farming with tier ones, as I should be able to do that at gold 2, was an average of 35k of gold, 70k for elixer, and I won't even consider the negligible DE I saw. There were the odd 350k+ offers, but they were being held by those maxed TH10's with the storages neatly tucked around the new disco balls, three maxed x-bows, WT's etc.. I saw a few more maxxed TH9's offering a bit less, but again, no chance with my tier ones.
What I have gathered from this is that with the removal of the loot bonus for lower TH's, now, with no fear of loss, more TH10's are dumping cups in order to farm the easier bases. Why be bothered to fight a difficult TH10 for a portion of the loot when I can three star a TH8 or 9, stealing more, in comparison to that TH10. This, and the fact cheaper and faster trained armies will generate more raids per hour, it's a win win for those higher level TH's, when they dump cups.
Now go ahead and let the flaming begin, because I offer no proof, only my personal experience.

I've been hanging out in 2700-2800 for a while now, and went 5 days without an attack on me, and suddenly in the past 48 hours i've been attacked 9 times. I've noticed that attack patterns for me are like waves, with high and low periods of activity.
