Town Hall 10 Farming

I think we will have to clean up the bad bases from the 1800-2100 range because 90% of the time I only get bases offering 20-50k. I can't figure out how people only hold 200k-400k in storage at that range. From a TH8, I almost undestand because of the 50% penality. Still. 400k in storage is horrible.

I think my gold never went under 1M even when I built my 2 infernos and upgraded my xbows.

This week-end, I'll trash between 20-30 bases offering bad loot each day. Trying to thin out the bad bases. If enough do that, the good bases might come up.

The key word here is "recently." Expectations of "good loot" need to change when you reach TH10. I think most either climb to 2200ish and look for 180/180 average raids or stay around 1800ish and adjust expectations to 80/80.

Nah, 80/80 is not gonna cut it. I almost never spend less than 50K searching and you know a decent army composition to fight within 1800 range will cost 100K+. It won't even break even in most cases really.

Best loot ranges I have found (I use baloonions)

low crystal 2: 32 min build, 20-40 nexts, zero or 1 spells, attacks yield about 170k, 215 with bonus.
masters 2: 40 min build, 5-25 nexts, 1-3 spells, attacks yield 300k, however need to occasionally wait for heroes
to get wins and maintain trophy range (plus bonus is a non negligible 90K).

Nowhere near what you could do with BAM at gold I and II before the loot bonus change, but you can raid for 2-3M a day

If I want to accumulate for an update, I drop to the crystal. On masters I dump gold to walls immediately as I get attacked very quickly and, win or lose the cost of rebuilding traps is not negligible.

Try farming arround 2800++, loot not bad and you get better league bonus

And the problem is, if your farming in 2200+ it isnt even farming cause you only get 80k of each but the army you need to use to even get that much is about 30k

Farming sucks no matter the trophy level for a TH10. Your best option at this point is to hope and pray you find a string of nice bases while you are online. That's it. and don't bother attacking from about 8am to 6pm Central Standard time. You aren't going to find anything.

Lol yeah thats awful. They need to fix the loot system

I've tried Gold 3 to Master 3 and havent found a single stable range. The game is nearly unplayable for me.
