Looks so <sad> to see people ignored your question...when u are in the game,tap the settings icon at the right side of the screen , then you can see the language/flag, tap it , and you will see a few languages availableQuote:

The answer is no.
You could send a ticket in to Support, and maybe, just maybe, if SC receives enough tickets from enough people requesting that the game support your language, then it could happen. Otherwise, nope.
Supercell releases new language support, the last two languages added were Chinese and Japanese, SC has data, if one area of the world has a large fanbase, such as Korea (for example, I have no data about Korea fanbase, or any private information about SC), they will release Korean language support.
what language is it. if it is a well known language supercell is probably already making a translation

I don't think there is anything in idevice or android that translate one app language to another. That being said, SC is definitely working on more languages being supported by the game.
