Now SC know who she is in the game, but how would they know which phone in the world his her ? And how can they link the village to her G+/GC if they don't know it ?
If you want that to happen, you'll need to give more info than that, no ?
And to whom you should give it ? Them => clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net (or you can do it from within the game, which is better) and give them all the info the need (Clan, Clan shield, Name, gems, last time played with her G+/GC info account so they can link the two).
