Push Notifications--Frustration

Ok, so in 14 hours my lab will be free and I've been wanting to start my L6 archers. However my clan is currently pushing so acquiring 7,500,000 elixir is a bit of a challenge. Yesterday I started the day around 2200 cups and finished a little shy if 2400 because I had work, family dinner, bowling, etc. I started the day with 5,300,000 elixir and finished with 6,000,000. Figured i would get the remaining elixir today. I went to bed with both heros wake and my CC full of wizzes. I woke up this morning with a push notification saying my troops and spells were ready for battle. Odd, no push notification saying my base had been raided. I opened CC and saw this.....

I thought ok that's cool, until I realized that I had lost 800,000 elixir 3,000 DE and 500,000 gold through the attacks. Lol woke up, emptied my collectors and I was at 5,200,000 elixir (all collectors are maxed.) in the final 2 raids all my CC troops were dead and most traps/bombs were kaput. (In final raid all traps/bombs were already sprung.) all of this could have been avoided if my push notifications had alerted me to my village being raided repeatedly... Which they didn't... Ugh.
