There is Magical Item for that: Power Potion.
Unless you're looking at a permanent upgrade then you're out of luck.
Unless your rushed your book really doesn't help anyone else and is no different than a BOF or BOS.
if its a book, you should be required to have in storage the resources to do every one of the upgrades that it skips. Good luck with that.
There are already more than enough events and rewards. Too many rewards even, people are maxing too fast.

It's seems too much OP to me, even more powerful than a hammer of fighting and spell. And purposefully a hundred fold more than a book of everything. A hammer can immediately upgrade your troop or spell to the next level saving your loots as well time.Book of everything (most powerful book in the realm of books) just skips the remaining time of the ongoing upgrade. But what you asked for will immediately max out a stuff which will be greatly inappropriate. Let's make you understand a bit. For example, ABC has a TH 13.But, he/she has a hog rider of level 1. With your maxout book, hog rider became levek 10. So basically he got a chance to skip 10 upgrade timers, dark grinding sessions and hard work. So don’t you think it may become too much op? With that said, I assume SC wont let such book slide in game as it would demotivate the players who worked too hard to fully max out a troop. Besides SC have already did something equivalent to your idea with balancing which is called power potion. It allows you to get maxed Laboratory stuffs for 60mins which provides a good balance to the game also.Quote:
