Can anyone help me? Change location

I first downloaded the game when I was in Spain over a year ago, me local leaderboard and global chat is Spain still, I have tried many things, messing with languages, uninstall and re install, delete off my device and downloading on another device in my name but nothing works, I have emailed supercell like 15 times but get no reply. It's spoils it a bit for me not having english global chat because I can not recruit or talk to other people rather then who is in my clan, any help appreciated.
