Stay at TH9 and max it. No question. At least all the defense structures. You can get away with not maxing your heroes, lab upgrades, and walls.

Seriously, don't go prematurely to TH10.
So what town hall do we go to until we max out it, lvl 7 or 8. I'm confused??
