So on top of rubbish loot, now we lose connection every few mins

I've lost connection 4 times this past hour, twice in the middle of raids...so lose trophies, lose time and lose resources. Insult to injury...

I've raided over 1m resources over 7 raids but only have 600k in my storage due to skips. I'g getting to the end of my patience. The lost connection is a slap in the face because on both occasions I was on the way to a 250k+ win! Last one let me drop a rage spell before it decided to cut me off....but oh wait, i hadnt dropped troops afterwards...great!

I am trying to maintain my cups, cant afford to keep dropping trophies like that and wasting resource searching is like a standard pain in the ♥♥♥ right now....

Ok, if there is a point to this thread it would be - is anyone else getting lots of disconnects? Nothing wrong with my wifi - i reconnect instantly! and all my other devices are fine, this is a clash issue....

Try checking your Internet connection on whatever device your using, if it seems fine reboot the rooter.

I've been getting lots of disconnections lately, but the loot isn't too bad for me.

It is not my equipment. I have lots of stuff using the internet. I have a stocks screen pumping live trading prices to me on my PC...nothing wrong at all with my connection...its the game

I'm not experiencing either of these issues...who is this we?

I had several of these yesterday evening. The app just closed down. Nothing wrong with my wifi either. Never had it before.

The app crashing can usually be fixed by killing all apps and power cycling.

Well, most people who were trying to not be "smart" would realise that "we" refers to the other people experiencing poor loots...there seem to be a few people out there so I thought it appropriate to use "we" - as I am one of them.

I dont know why you'd assume I have a mouse in my pocket but if that is what you get up to, far be it from me to tell you its weird...

Well as a matter of fact i have been experiencing the connection problem for couple days..also, loot isnt great either, not getting those 200+ very often. My clanmates are also complaining about poor loot. I think i will retire from clash for a few days, maybe until an update :D

Sorry guys but loosing connecting is based on your internect connection not a problem with the game on supercells side..

This happened to me about 2 weeks ago. I couldn't even raid it got so bad. I figured out it actually was a bug with the app itself. It fixed itself when I shut my phone off and booted it back up. Did you try that yet?

I had the same issue, and rebooting ipad worked.

I had a different issue with my android device. The keyboard started monopolizing the screen. I couldn't see my base or the input bar while typing (my typing input screen took up the top 1/2 of the screen, keyboard on the bottom).

I was sooo frustrated, that I performed a hard reset on my phone, loaded the game again, and when I got through the tutorial and loaded my village ... same thing!! Finally I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled without the hard reset .... and magically, problem resolved itself.

I can't explain why a simple uninstall and reinstall worked, after a complete hard reset did not.

I think you will find that you are wrong...connection issues can be as a result of the game...there was a maintenance break not so long ago to adress this very issue - loss of connection constantly

I trade UK stocks. That said, I dont think SC is listed. Chances are that the 49% that they own is held privately...

LOL. I haven't heard that one in years!

I used to get this problem after the leagues came out. For a few days my connection sucked but then it got good again. Rarely have connection problems now and when I do its my wifi.

Loot is fine...searched 3 times just a minute ago and got a 300k each off a semi inactive th9 that was offering 300k/600k/3k

I had he exact same problem with the disconnects. I fixed it by going into settings-general-reset-reset network settings. You'll have to enter your wifi password again after this. After doing this, I no longer had problems with disconnecting.

I agree loot Is terrible. I miss the old system that won't ever come back :'(. Haven't had drop outs tho. would probably break my phone if I had them on top of bad loot

Well it is maintenance day so loot has been pretty bad all day until the last hour when I made 1.3 mil at th10. I've had more disconnects lately then usual but luckily they have been during the clouds so I don't lose anything.

Either force close the app or turn off your device.

By the way to all you ppl that keep saying the loot is good at TH9 and down, carlito is talking about TH10 loot not any other TH.

I never get disconnected.... I must be lucky

I found out that if your device is near full memory it crashes a lot so try that if it is full too! Otherwise... I got nothing :cool:

There would be multiple topics complaining of the same issue if it were on SC's servers. Just have a look through that thread and see if anything there helps.

Yes this is true... Although I think he said it's loosing connection not crashing.
