If it lasts, you could complain at iTunes to get the money for all your gems back, since you cannot use the game anymore and don't even know why. Maybe iTunes at least refunds you.
The worst this is that I had thought to forget about the lvl 112 account and clash on a lvl27 account that I have. I have only one iPad, and to open that other account on my iPad, I will need to Get in game and then Change Game Center. but i cant get in game, so my ipad is now trash :D
