Global in a nutshell

I wonder if my global is like this... Of course it is in German, so I can barely understand it, but what I get is mostly:

Noob 1: Come to our clan, the best clan evar!!!1!1!!11 We donate only Pekka and Golem
Me: Um, nobody in your clan has a barracks over lvl 6 and no dark barracks
Noob 2: Oh yeah, well our clan has Dragons lvl 10 so suck that noobz
Noob 3:Come to our clan
Noob 1: Noob 3 come
Noob 2: come

I have no idea why, but pretty much the only thing noob players say on my global is "kommt" and "suche clan". ike every time I open global there is a flood of messages like "noob 1 kommt" "noob 2 suche clan" "noob 3 ich komme"

ARGH SC I NEEDZ THE ENGLISH GLOBAL WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
