Currently pushing in the League of Clans competition, never pushed like this before so is a new experience for me :)

Oh, my bad. A good spot for a new TH7 would be 1300-1400.

How do you guys farm when you have 2 barracks down? I haven't really found a solution, aside from DE troops, but they are expensive.

i am pushing(1850 trophies at th7) by sniping th so that i find the good baces and occasionally drop some lightning...
but my usual attack strategy is to farm or sometimes experiment with hogs on th9s or 10s

As they say,just farming like no one sees me(As if anyone says that :p)

Yup. Keep doing so until like 2000 trophies. Then, you'll have to start attacking bases. But it's good to experiment with hogs now, because you'll get a feel for them early.
