is there percentage rate?

No one knows anything about this subject !!

It depends on how much loot you have in your storages, quarter of that will be available to the attacker. E.g. If I was TH6 and had over 1 Million in my storages, 250K will be available to the attacker!

are these numbers per the total base or per storage? ok seems per base. is this just 1 resource or does this include both elixer and gold. dark elixer?
