Why couldn't you just post that in the same manner in Suggestions & Ideas sub-forum?

Already did. Before my first Rauta thread, actually. No reply. Shocker.

♥♥ without getting into a slanging match
Twister came on and asked you to bullet point your concerns/complaints
You ignore him for about 3 pages of threads whilst you argue your point and correct everyone's posts....
Twister comes back to the thread....
When you do finally answer his post you write a short Novel again.
It seems that when asked by a MOD who offers to help, you can not help yourself but rant.... You still have not made a bullet point list for him to answer
I have to question ... DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT AN ANSWER.....OR DO YOU JUST WANT ATTENTION FROM THE COMMUNITY
Me I would be writing my list right now instead of arguing with everyone else
Have a nice day
I did not notice he was a mod or I would've replied sooner.
I have been posting ♥♥♥♥ for weeks, and I tried to summarize into one post about Supercell's lack of acknowledging problems in the game, which is the underlying problem. The problems in the game are minor by comparison...it's their handling of the entire process that pisses people off to the point of ranting about them being greedy. A little communication would go a long way. Unfortunately, a post this short would get me a reply just as short, which probably wouldn't answer the question because I wouldn't have made my point clearly enough. I figured instead of giving bullet points about unrelated issues, I would make one post about the actual problem.
There's really only two bullet points worth addressing:
-Why or how does it benefit Supercell to leave players in the dark about fixing content that Supercell implemented into the game in a way that takes away from the overall playability, enjoyment, progression, and profitability of the game? I understand why you don't want to "leak" info about new content, but when people are frustrated with the gameplay to the point of the same posts appearing daily in the forum asking for the same problems to be fixed, what good reason could you possibly have not to verbally commit to working on these issues if you actually intend to work on them? I feel this entire attitude is a major contributor to the problem players have with Supercell.
-How is "things can change" an acceptable reason to leave us uninformed if a glaring problem needs fixing...nobody is asking you to pinpoint a date when it will be fixed, but an acknowledgment that you're committing to fixing certain problems would go a long way when all that we see is a constant output of new content (a lot of which is equally flawed). My original thread that I linked to a few posts ago was more geared toward discussions about fixes and improvements in general, but lack of communication about fixes specifically are where the major problem lies.
And I do appreciate your proactive approach to replying to this thread, for what it's worth.
Finally we get to the crux of the matter. If you tried to communicate with people instead of at people your concerns may actually be given a little more thought by the rest of the community. As it stands though you just sound like someone that complains over everything (toy train reference springs to mind) in the hope of squeezing a few dollars/'insert your currency here' out of it. You don't seem interested in responses unless they're in total agreement with you, or maybe that 5% that you receive attention from. A short post is all you need if you're able to bulletpoint. It's easier for the mods, the developers and probably the rest of us too. Communication goes a lot further when it's two way rather than the one sided rants typically posted by you.
