Really this is just madness I've gotten attacked by TH 8,9,10 and they got so much loot (150k for th9's 300k for th8) because I was trying to save for an upgrade for my wizard towers... When I attack I find only about 50k raid. I know that my trophies are pretty low for th7 but I'm keeping them low so that I don't get attacked by high level people and I still do.
Are they revenging you?
Expose th if u haven't already it lowers the chance of a much more advanced opponent destroying you.
go up higher as the loot is good in gold leagues for th 7-9 and th picker are common and most times raids will just be th pickers.
try to do a effective base design maybe try to look some up in the forums that are not commonly known but still effective.
attack hard as th7 is the easiest loot you will ever get in the game so make the most of it

PS except max th10s. They have loot but not even th10s attack th10s for loot. Thats just a silly farming tactic that doesnt work or make sense.
