Hello.
I guess its been said already, but pls make land tags on people profiles. So we can recruit.
This system is not working without it. And would be a great system if we can see , where people come from.

Region or location.
Or even language.
Something to narrow the search and give better candidates.
Region, location, time zone. Time zone is very important, I have found.
It would be good to be able to return to your current search after viewing a village. I missed out on inviting a decent looking player because it knocked me back out. A search with the same parameters (none) yielded different and worse results.
Yep this would be great. Also I would love the feature toofinedog suggested as well, as I like to click on a profile before sending the invite.
In my experience, time zone (longitude) matters, latitude, no. Generally, I find my clan and other clans are a bit active in the morning, and mostly active late afternoon to late evening. People 12 hours out of phase sometimes work out well. People 6 hours out of phase from nearly everyone else, not at all. Country is kind of irrelevant, subject to language.
Language matters, but that is separate and easy to work out quick. It’s a bit of a luxury if you speak English, many people in every country speak English well enough for this game. Language should definitely be something to search on.
This is a really odd thread. Not one person has come on to disagree.
Since unofficial forum rule require dissent in all threads, I guess it is up to me.
"It is not a problem if you just learn to speak all the other major languages in this world. Stop being so lazy."
But seriously, this has to be the #1 QOL request on the forums. We have all heard the excuse that there are just too many languages. But when I click on settings there is a button for me to choose from around 30 languages. It's a place to start.
