im going for another idea, I usually don’t do this but here goes.
Wonky spell factory (not my previous idea with castes). Created by party wizards who were a little wound up and crazed that brewed spells the wrong way, giving them different effects than the normal variant. Some were actually used and innovations were created based off these.
Details before viewing:
-It occupy the same space as the spell factory.
-unlocks at th13 for first couple levels and a new at th14.
Here’s some levels by the factory:

Spell concepts:
Deep freeze- at an increased housing space of two, it could be donated to th11+, but this spell freezes at a slightly larger radius that increases very little by each upgrade, ex: .25 tiles. But the main feature of this spell is that building take extra damage as the freeze makes them fragile.
Instant ambrosia- at a space of 1, this spell could be donated to th8+. I think the instant ambrosia should have about 33% as much heal as the max level for the town hall (level 2 instant heal will be 33% as strong as normal heal but with instant effects and th13s level 3 will have 33% of stats at level 8).
Cumulonimbus spell - at a space of two, this spell could be donated to th11+. The party wizards brewed lightning in the wrong manor, giving it much more spread than usual. Due to all the produced clouds in such a wide spread, opposing defense building will have visibility issues temporarily giving the building hit by this spell a range reduction for maybe 8 seconds at the start. As the spell is upgraded more clouds will be produced and give the building a range reduction for maybe 10 seconds then.
*NOTES:
-only buildings that get damaged directly will get these issues.
-has a much larger spread than lightning, no concentration or accuracy.
-the visibility causes defenses to have a couple less tiles from their original range, Ex: archer tower struck will now only see to 8 tiles for the duration.
