Help The Forum News Team Get Back On Track!

Hey everyone.

A while back, I made a group and a little project called "The Forum News Team". Many people joined the group and right when we were about to launch, everything fell apart.

Nobody would get on to the group, nobody would work on their section and we had a little bit of trouble finding a main artist.

So I've finally felt motivated to start this back up again. If you wish to join, or come back to the news team, please join the group and post in the very top discussion to let me know you're in this.

When you join, also look around other discussions and see which section you'd like to join. :)

If we are re-casting, can I do base designs somehow? Or is toby doin hmm it still? Its hard to tell if people are gonna still be active as they thought back then...

Sorry guys, but what is this?

Do you basically keep a track of the best topics for a week and then release a summary post with links in case people missed anything good?

There are a variety of fun sections in the newspaper.

There's clan spotlight for recruitment, best base designs, spotlighted threads and forumers, awesome threads and even a clash of clans related joke/riddle section.

I'm seeing in the future that we'll have contests on solving the clash riddles and having themselves featured in the newspaper. :)

Just some ideas, but you get the point.

Every fortnight?

Sounds good, and if done well could be very useful. I'm sure if it goes well then Marika would definitely feature on the Facebook site.

But yes, a good graphic designer is very important.

Before everything fell apart we actually did have Marika on the team and she was willing to put the newspaper on the Facebook page, so hopefully we can recruit her again this time 'round.

If needed, ill do forum games and offtopic news, help would help.

I don't mean to sound negative but if you had a group, a number of members helping and Marika as part of the team why did it not work first time around?

I had some pretty serious real life stuff come up... I couldn't quite manage it, and everyone else seemed to forget about it even when me and other members sent out some reminders in the group.

Q.What's the worst thing about CoC?
A. It's full of barbarians
