I assume the person who attacked you was TH 8? There is already a loot penalty system in the game, attacking someone -1TH level = 10% loot penalty (i.e. He gets 90% of the loot he would when attacking someone of equal TH level), -2TH level is 50% penalty, then 75% and 95 % penalties... So what you are asking for already exists.

level 45 sounds low for a TH7, would you like to show a pic of your base?

That's why there is a lot of available loot because your attacker is only 1 townhall level above you.

Loot penalty has no effect on trophies. Also the OP doesn't mention the TH levels in play here, so it is certainly possible with the info we have.

Why is your TH positioned like that? The whole point of leaving it outside is to get a free shield. Why are you making that more difficult?

So that opponent must waste more troop there if he comes for loot....

Btw, what we don't know is how much of his resources were in mines and collectors. The formulas people usually discuss for loot available to raid talks about the loot in storage. If it's still in the mine or collector, a higher percentage is available to raid.

AUTOMATIC REVENGE! i would try to revenge you every second of my life until you get offline! :)

You typically only see Lightning on DE in the gold levels. In crystal and up, rarely as they usually have bigger goals.
