Is this a premature th9?

Hey,

I upgraded my town hall to lvl 9 a long time ago. Now, a couple of months later I feel like its getting better. So here is a picture of my base. What should I do now to make progress fast and have more fun in the game.

Here is a list of the lvls that my troops are:
barbarians: 5
archers: 5 (I will be upgrading to lvl 6 soon, thats why the big amount of elixer is in my storages)
giants: 5
wallbreakers: 4
goblins: 4
balloons: 3
wizards: 5
healers: 3
dragons: 1
Hog riders: 1
minions: 2
lightning, heal and rage spells: 4

I would like to get some advice about what the best to do with my account now.
I will get 5 builders soon so its pointless to mention that.

I would say yes, it's not as bad as many others that I see, but I would say it' still premature. I'm at th 8, and personally I will max it out, but that isn't necissary. You're walls are fine, you‘re archer towers should've gone to lvl 10, splash to lvl 6, teslas to lvl 4 (teslas at least for but ideally 6, they tak a long time, but are worth it if you wanted to) and air defenses to at least lvl 5 before upgrading to th 9.

Yes it is a premie. However you should take the time to farm and catch up to nearly max your th9.
