I have been down there a few times its not very good with the loot penalty last time I whent there, it was all 5-12k gold sometimes a lucky 20k but not that good most the time and I did find an easy juicy 200k (I'm th8) I say don't go down there silver I and gold I are the best silver for th7 gold for th8,

Ignore all those other people. I went down there less than a week ago at th8.
Sub 200 is currently horrible for a th8 and you would be better in gold league. Sure, you find 30-80k raids but not consistently enough to gain more than normal trophy ranges. And, of course you get some lucky finds (I got a 3k de base then found the same one and got another 3k. Then I found another 800 de right after).
So, In conclusion, for th8 and above, sub 200 is ♥♥♥♥ because too many other people are doing it now and not all know how like the noobs who give the targets shields.
However, for th7, things down there may be a different story. The 20k raids would become 50 and much more loot would be available. If you are th7, I suggest trying it out. It isn't worth it for anyone else though.
