What is your farming strategy. It seems that before the loot update, the only way to go was to Barch/Bam collectors. Now I see so many different strategies ranging all the way to hog/healer mentioned in Sharp's thread.
So...what do you like to use? Do you aim for Storages? Enlighten us...
My gold grab is around 620 million and I only use barb arch bam or balloon minion depending on my time available and mood. When I have the free time and i'm eager to raid or I need gold asap(builder freeing soon etc)I use bam. When I have less time but I won't be away for 40+ minutes I use barb arch with 5 wall breakers. When i'm away for 40+ minutes I cook up a balloon minion army. Hopefully this was helpful to you.Quote:

If i'm using bam or barch, the less powerful armies I use, I generally only attack storages from town hall 8's or th 9's when all the storages are one side. Imo, the key to bam is multi touch and well placed rage spells. Obviously you won't be able to take well developed town hall 9's with spread storages but most town hall 8's are fair game. A general guide of the strategy is to first lure cc and heroes killing them in the corner. Then check which side of the base has the most storages on it. Then start to pick off the buildings if any that are ot of range with one archer. Then, start to deploy the barbarians in a spread out wave with the archers behind. I have farmed 466M gold, and the main army I'm using is Barch.
I'm currently experimenting with giants as I shift my focus now to DE farming.
I'm at 660mil gold grab, th10 (190mil gg at start of th10) And. I got my gold grab fro loonion and giant healer de farming.
Th7: 100m GG(full purple walls) Healer/Giant Combos ( tried BAM/Barch, but my troops were lvl 3-4, weak) 1 month
Th8: 300m GG(full skull walls) spent 1 and half a month on sub200, using goblins.... got full black walls there
Th9: 620m GG(almost full lego) used BAM at first... then Barch, boosted all 10 days to get 2xx legos and a few lavas, Barch and boosting was fast and made me get 18m-20m a day to do the legos
