New Idea for Clan Leader Abilities

As a clan leader I would like to have the following abilities:

1). Be able to change someone in my clan’s war preference on or off. We have people who get called to duty for a few weeks and forget to change their war preference and some of my co-leaders do not know so they put them in war. I think the leader should have the ability to change people in their clan to red or green.

2). I know this was already mentioned in the “already mentioned section”, <RULED OUT IDEA REDACTED - Why did you post if you already knew that?>

Just a couple of ideas.

I'm on board with your first idea, but only if you can set preferences to 'out'. I know I would hate it if a clan leader set my preference from red to green and starts a war with me in it even though I opted out in the first place.

Deleting comments in chat is ruled-out. I understand wanting to delete profanity, but it could also be used for abuse (e.g. Co-leader acts toxic towards another player for whatever reason; then Co-leader deletes said toxic conversation so no one sees it).

Your younger set should have the profanity filter on for clan chat. Would help some. Not excusing bad behavior but there are some tools. And with a clan that wide in ages, adult language will pop out occasionally.

Thanks. I did recommend that for all members under 16, but there is slang racists words that were able to slip by. I report them as I kick them out, but just thought that could be relooked as. I understand why it is on the ruled out list as people can work the system. As far as the first idea, I also agree maybe being able to change it red would be best as that would take care of my issue.

Agree on the status. Switch to red is what most requests here are for. As for the comments issue, understand. It's why I resist letting kids in. Even normal safe for work convos among my group of grumpy old farts could be hair raising for younglings. :p

Only if it changes from Green to red not vice versa. Then it might just get implemented.

Agree with this.


Changing from red to green contradicts your reasons. If they are good for war then they are active and can change status themselves.

This would be fantastic. Would love if I could change some people's status to make starting clan wars less of a chore, remembering who is upgrading or is gone for the weekend, etc.
