I will be TH8 in 16hrs.. I have a maxed out defense TH7 base except walls (most are pink with little purple) and only one hidden tesla which is still lvl 2. I am wondering what should i do first in TH8 ? I know i will be upgrading the lab for sure and i have the elixir ready :D
And was it the right choice to upgrade to TH8 or not?

I went for the lab and upgrades (obviously) but also i started working on my splash defenses right away (the left over ones from TH7).
So for me it was important to have strong mortars/wiz towers above all other defenses. Since you really only want 1 of those upgrading at a time, the extra gold that accumulated went to cannons, archer towers, walls etc.
Get your DE drill too!
I was in a similar position as you when I got th8, and I was just fine :)
For upgrades I would say lab and DE drill with elixir and new walls after archer tower and wizard (you can get the tesla a day or two later)

DE drill, Lab, new wiz towers, mortars, and new archer tower if you have 5 builders. Mortars, Air defense, drill, and wiz towers had dedicated builders until they were maxed. 5th builder did teslas after new Archer Tower made it to lvl 8 with the others. You upgraded at the perfect time. You are correct on the lab, on gold I definetly reccomend maxing out all splash defenses (mortar, wizard tower) and then move on from there. If you have no Barb King work on saving up Dark Elixir to get him because he will be very important in multiple raids.Quote:

since u have 4 builders
put 1 on the wiz tower 1 to buy ur new deffence (when ur done use that 1 builder to upgrade ur deffences)
and use the other 2 to do ur tesla to lvl 5!
or do the opposite which i dont suggest . doing tesla last is the worst thing to do
their amazing at lvl 6 and 7 but under those lvl i dont realy like them D: il start 2 of my tesla to lvl 6 in 2 days :3 im pretty excited btw im
