Maybe I am missing something here. you mean you cant just let people in your clan know that your king is at level 68 when the upgrade finishes by typing it into clan chat?Quote:

It'd be reasonable to think if you had 50 active people in your clan with this kind of option turned on with upgrades finishing at different intervals, clan chat would be clogged with these non-essential messages. It's much better if those who choose to share manually do it if they choose to without a new option.
Since this option would be for everyone, you'll potentially see what others are upgrading. Sure, they can turn it off, but if you're here long enough, you'll find even simple things like switching an option off are difficult for some people who'd rather complain the option exists than be bothered to turn it off (auto hero abilities, anyone?) as if someone else's settings choice affects them directly. Of course in this case, 1-49 other people auto-flexing upgrades I don't care about cluttering chat would be quite annoying.
If you really want to know what others are upgrading but can't be bothered to look at their profile or have a conversation with them, consider creating a discord server with the sidekick bot added and linked to your clan tag. It announces via notification a list of every recent upgrade you and your clanmates complete, and that information is available on-demand with bot commands. Clash of Stats groups upgrades by month completed which can be helpful too.

Supercell would only implement reasonable ideas, why does the clan need to be notified about (up to) 49 other players upgrades? This makes no sense and I could imagine how annoying waking up to no troops in the clan castle because within half an hour of requesting it’s filled with ________ has upgraded archer tower to level 9. This seems to me to simply spam the chat with useless information.Quote:
