What's the current maximum barn space?

I can only dream of a barn/silo that big. My barn is 675 and my silo is 550. I feel bad because I cant help with boats as often as I want because of their size. I try to keep about 8/10 of every item i can make. I will get there in time. LOL

great advice.

I'm at 1,900 each right now, level 81. next level is 66 items. It also takes me about a week to get all of them, I'm not as active player as you are.

I farm beans instead of wheat [takes more time, but again, I'm not an active player]. I do constantly run machines. I used to buy eggs, now I make then for even more items.

Having at least one active [daily] trading partner helps a lot. Diamonds help. Do what you can to turn one of your friends/family members into a hayday player. :D

I have several barn buddies. When one of us gets close to expanding, we ask another for help with the last 10-20 items. Sometimes we trade, sometimes we just sell outright. I have my shortfalls and they have theirs. Three farms are active in this house. I will work my children's farms when they hire Tom or there is an event when they are at school. We will help each other also. I prefer to stay away from the trade threads and trade with folks I am already neighbors with.

Xandra, I forgot you were a bolt getter, I'll have to remember that next time we get close. Tapes are always in excess on all our farms, but the two smaller ones get bolts and or planks in rotation.

My shortfalls do change now and then so I usually can upgrade one of the three farms regularly . Our largest barn (about1500) is the one that holds the stuff when things get tight, but the two smaller ones get better items. It's a trade off.

I'm trying to get a trading buddy. I get a lot of bolts. But my husband isn't really into Hay Day.

1000 is very little wouldn't hold 10 of each item.
5000 is enough :) :) :)

I think for some people upgrading/having a huge barn or silo is kind of like an achievement they are really proud of and make sure to include (and update) the size in their signature just like including other achievements (TT, BSH etc. ) we see in many sigs here ;)

Hi! It's all a matter of priorities. Focus on getting sem and bem. That leaves less time and space for produced items, less stuff to sell, fill, or help friends. Then when your silo and barn are big, really big, you notice they are still always full :-) Silo 2600, Barn 2150 :-) and it makes me proud :-P Have fun farming!

Oh my goodness!!!! But how on earth do u get anything done? Like feeding your animals? and does that mean you don't fill your own boat or truck orders???? U don't have a single jam!!!!!! I just felt faint at that thought.:o
May I add you as a friend on gc? I help out with sugar and dairy when I can and always if it's a very good neighbour of mine:), oh and especially if I'm lucky enough to buy BEMs/SEMs in a person's RSS.:D

I am playing alone. my barn is bursting. I have to keep thinking what to sell to store my items.
I just couldn't get enough bolts all the time.
I get tapes. every expansion only +25

the expansion items just keep increasing all the time. how to manage to store them?

I couldn't manage to keep my produce now because have to store the expansion items.
