all new farmin startigy

I play this game far to much and I watch far too many youtube videos but when I watch for example playclashofclans I am screaming to him y u no use bam???? He and other players use giants and wall breakers (what are these things, I will never no) so I was sitting watching the video when it hit me

Why use wall breakers and giants when u can combine them HOGS so the new farming strategy that I think will be amazing is BAM with ham so there are a few good things
1) u don't need space for giants and wall breakers
2) it's quite quick
3) it has an amazing name
4) it's efficient

I think this strategy has potential what do u you think and please tell me if you try it

If nothing else, it does have an amazing name. Once my hogs are a more respectable level I may just try it.

One if the best things about it :)

One reason people use BAM is because of its quick cooking time, about 10 minutes or so. If you squeeze in hogs, the cooking time would be increased considerably, defeating the purpose of BAM army.

Composition wise, lets say you queue up 2 barracks with barbs, 2 with archers, 1 dark barrack with minions and another with hogs, you would probably end up with like 5-10 hogs which, IMO, wouldn't make that much of a difference.

On the other hand, those 10 hogs could be used to clear up exposed or semi-exposed mortars/wizard towers so the rest of the army can get to the juice easier.

I have used this strategy for sure. The benefits are like you mentioned with just using the hogs you save some space from no wall breakers. The hogs can definitely weaken one side of a base of splash damage defense or air defense, which is important when using BAM. I love them because they act like a missile directed at a defense. Good luck with them!

just to clear this up bam with ham isn't meant to replace bam it replaces the giant wall breaker gobs barbs and archers strategy which I think it's quicker than

You could also replace the hogs with balloons because hogs aren't cost efficient. The major downside of using balloons is that they're slightly weaker and take longer to train. Putting balloons into BAM would make it a balloonion with infantry though which isn't necessarily bad. I think Hogs would be better and a effective BAM+Hog army might have 12 hogs, 20 minions, 40 barbs, and 60 archers.

Maybe BAHM?

Use a few hogs to take out air defense and drop balloons for the rest of defenses? Then I suppose the remaining hogs and balloons can help the archers and minions take out the resources? Just an idea

Mix will have neither hogs' speed, nor baloons' dps. Despite the fact that any air defence that is esily targeted by hogs may be easily destroyed by archers. :)

Just a numb for more thoughts :)

I've been using archers and hogs for a long time.. Works great!

Just wanted to point out that even though the strategy could be amazing, the name doesn't really matter (even though it is a good name;)). For example, I could train a full army of Valkyries, and call them the "Elite Fighting Force of Valhalla!!!!!!" And they would still suck, no offense Valkyries:rolleyes:

I used to farm like this with 20 hogs 100 arch or 20 hogs 2 drag 10 wiz and 20 arch both worked great for early th9 in crystal 3 i used 4 heal spalls and would 3 star 90% of bases the rest were close i had level 4 hogs level 6 arch and level 5 wiz

This strategy has been around for a while now. Sharp maxed TH 9 fully with it :)
