UPDATES and my opinion

Hello everyone and Supercell. I am an active player of the game. I love this game but I am very unhappy with the last few updates. I am an clan elder for my clan. I recruit people on a daily basis but when I have to kick them for being a pain or not fitting the standards I have to wait to kick. Supercell why is that even an option? Elders should not be limited like that. The game was good and you keep toying with it. I spent over $100 on this game I should have some say. So before you actually make any tweaks and updates why not ask the players. You know WE are the ones who are giving you a paycheck. WE are the ones who play it. Also, the new loot system I don't like it. I don't understand how you can make it worse and say its going to be better. I spend at least 200k looking for raids and when I finally have okay loot in my base, I get raided and lose 500k plus. I love this game its the only one I play since others ones bore me. You are ruining the game for the people who are actually trying to get to a maxed TH10. I am currently upgrading to TH9. I've been trying to save up my loot. I maxed my storages except the dark elixir storage. When I logged off throughout the day, I've gotten 3 starred a few times and over 1.3 million of each was gone as well as dark elixir. I only have 2 maxed of each storage. I barely get loot but it gets taken away from me so easy. Fix this game please. I was going to buy my fifth builder and 14,000 to help boost my th9 when it was finished but there's no point now.

that's not possible and if you have the experience and credentials you say you do, you know it.

There is something you are not telling us because you clearly attacked between those 3 star attacks, so you clearly have not only lost 1.3M, you've gained some by attacking too, but you are not telling us that...

if you have "maxed your storage" and you are waiting, you should not be breaking your shield "a few times" a day. Something doesn't add up in your post.

(you know, because 3 star attacks gives you a 16 hours shield...)

I said throughout the day. I am an active player and I revenge everyone who attacks me. I did get some loot back but not as much but when added up it was 1.3m lost and not even 200k gained from revenges.

If you're upset elders have a cooldown on kicking players you're in the minority. Most players welcomed that change. If a player doesn't meet your standards don't invite him, then kick him. Just don't invite him. Simple as that.

I upgraded from Th8 to Th9 a few weeks before the loot update and it was hard for me at that time also. What I'm trying to say is Th8's with full storages have always been 3* flattened, the only thing thats changed is that you can loose an extra 70K of each post loot patch.

Ride your shield and get to a cups level where players want to snip your Th for the cups, you should get a free shield around 4 out of 5 attacks in this way.

You have spent over $100 on the game and not bought a 5th builder already?

That is either extremely odd or extremely unlikely. I cannot see any logical reason for why you'd spend money and not get to 5 builders as the first thing.

Why would you break your shield just to revenge someone??? That just leads to another attack which you will again break your shield to revenge….vicious cycle you have going there.

Maybe your clan should be a little more strict on who gets elders. If it's an adult only clan why are people inviting 12 year olds?

A bunch of times I bought $5 worth gems or $10 worth gems and spent them gems before I had the builder in mind. I thought I was fine with 4 but I'm not.

we don't know their age until they're in the clan. We advertise on global and people request to join. Supercell needs to add more to the player profile. (Ex. how many clans they've been in)

I only leave the shield on when I go to bed. I like to raid and revenge when I have the chance I farm for loot and I try out new attack strategies.

You are one in a thousand I have none of these problems, and SC DO listen to the players

I dont think elders should have the option to kick ppl out just like clan leaders. You never know if u get a crazy dude kicking all your players just because he feels like doing it. I am a clan leader ( PTSD/ leader MAMALON) and i believe super cell did this to prevent elders from kicking players out without clan leader consent. The one thing supercell messed up was the loot system, now at TH9 i regret that i upgraded it, i wish i could go back to TH8. Now at TH9 searching for bases cost 750 gold and it takes for ever to find a decent base to attack i used to find bases with 180k+ gold/elixir, now i am lucky to find one with 90k+ gold/elixir. C'MON SUPPER CELL!!! Fix that! Im am to the point of stop playing the game bcoz of this stupid loot system update. Or at least increase the amount of loot available for TH9 and TH10.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

i think the op really shows he doesnt understand the game. imho i never revenge. cant be bothered sitting there with a calculator working out the loot available. id rather just keep clicking next to find a good raid. second why do you need to kick more than once in 30 mins. we have 14 elders(max for 50 members) in our clan. if it comes to it where i cant kick because of the time restraints then i will ask another elder to do it.

you need to start nailing down what your issues are and get them sorted.

SC cant teach everyone how to run a clan and they certainly cant teach you how and when to raid. if you are having issues with having too much available to raiders then dump all you gold into walls. learn how to play the game then come back and appologise to SC GODS.

Elders should have cool down if you think they should be able to kick half the clan in a matter of minutes thats pretty dumb

Th9 is always a grueling upgrade for any player at the start .... perhaps you should have stayed longer in 8 to max out more, perhaps not, but old loot system or new ... you're gonna hafta fight to get your th9 rolling. I just checked out your base ... and I personally think higher level collectors would be a huge help to your cause, tho I see you are building an x-bow (no small feat there) ... just my 2 cents bro.

I personally love to revenge ... mostly, I try to 3* their miserable excuse for a village! But, never at the expense of a shield that I need to hold in place ... that is just foolish. If I did tho, I would just raid a bit more to recover my potential losses from the next hit.

Sorry you are having a bad experience. But actually, both the kicking cool down and the loot change are partial result of listening to the community. Forum used to be flooded with post about some elder kicked out everyone in the clan and the clan is destroyed, and town hall upgrade is a punishment rather than reward due to the old loot system.

As for the loot problem, I think it's probably the "after-maintenance-break-syndrome". There is always a flood of loot sucks thread after every maintenance break, and it dies down until the next break. It should get better soon. :)

You should change your trophy range. I am not having issues finding bases full of loot.

Actually, there's been a pretty steady deluge of "loot sucks" posts since the update came out more than a month ago.

$100 is a lot to us but little to supercell

No offence btw ive spent over $400 and im 11 lol

I am an elder, and only once has the cool down ever been an issue. A rogue elder kept inviting somone back into our clan. I kicked him, he came back, i couldn't kick him again, so another elder kicked him, he came back, repeated 3 or 4 times. Luckily our leader came on and kicked him, then demoted and kicked the elder we suspected was doing the inviting.

I never mentioned my collectors maybe those are maxed. But I know what I'm doing. When I first started I didn't know what to spend my gems on so a lot of times I sped up my troops and loot for upgrades. I use my gems wisely now unlike before.

elders are elders main reason why they did a cooling period of time is bcuz some people abuse it

i mean imagine a clan thats full

and only 5 total elders rest are just members could you imagine 1 elder kicking all of them out?

thats the main reason u should n t recruit it should be ur clan leader

I thought the elder cool down was one of the best updates they ever did lol
