Im completely sick of seeing 60k and less at TH10...Sick of spending 1,000 per search...sick of raiding.
The thing that grinds me about this instance is that i lost 200k+ and i lost my army preparation. The silver lining would have been that my army would have been ready after the fight...
I'm now 60k into a second search...so close to 300k spent searching. Check my log SC, this is ♥♥♥♥.

I feel your pain. I experienced this in Crystal II, but I've found it helps to reload game after a few searches of nothing. I know this throws off your troop training time, but I found it to be worthwhile. However, there are times where no matter what you do, there just isn't any loot. I'm seeing really good loot around 2800, barely nexting more than 30x.

Just blow of some steam mate. It'll get better again. I've been TH10 for 6 days and it's been terrible for 5 days. Yesterday it really picked up using Unitysharps hog-healer strategy. Now waiting for imminent dry spell again.
This always happens after a maintenance break. All the inactive bases are pushed down the search queue, I'm not sure if this is the official Supercell statement, but this is what has been communicated in the past. I'm definitely seeing a lot less in active bases in my loot search.
My farming numbers are lower the past 2 days, but, it's gradually improving.
Lower your gold requirements (raid 100-150k active bases) for the next few days until you see better search results.
same here..cant believe Sc thinks that this ''loot change'' thing works-ed.. it took the game 10 steps behind.
Simple solution.
Lower the next cost. 1k is soooo bad when u are on a town hall that has the most expensive upgrades and the less possibilities to find an easy base with big amounts of gold.
Its annoying to spend 150-200k on next and then profiting 180-200k from the attack and be in the same position as 30-40 mins earlier.
Ok its not always that bad,(happens often though) but when it does, it makes me wonder why do i still keep playing.
Carlito is one of the better farmers in the game. I wouldn't just discount this as "another one". I agree there are too many "loot sucks" threads but I also believe where there is smoke there is fire.Quote:

Bad luck OP.,
I've moved my cups around a far bit over the last few days and am now finding average loot in gold1, but it seems to move around very quickly nowadays. My advice, if your take it from a lowly Th9 (please don't bite my head off), is to dramatically move cup levels yourself, can't be as bad as 200k down the plug hole.
I'm at 2890 and not much loot here either tbh.... Sadly i think SC has either stopped listening to loot complaints or simply just doesn't care anymore.
This new system they have put in place is even worse than the old one.

only have a short period to raid at times..
and the time spent to find a base is significantly longer than the time taken to raid the base..
get really sick of it at times at well.

My th9 loot has been sporadic. I had good loot while I was pushing and upper crystal is fairly stocked if you are willing to get it. I'll agree though loot has been down since the update. I have something very interesting to say about that. Supercell and supersteve have claimed that updates bring an influx of inactives back and activity increases. Well, this update added zero content and took away cheap boosts. That by all means should DECREASE activity yet loot is down for you and others. Something is clearly going on during the update process.
What town hall lvl are u? I'm lvl 9 farming at 1400-1500 and I'm finding attacks with 100000-300000 gold and elixar, spending about 10000 gold to find them!

I have to agree that the loot has been terrible since the boost ended. My personal theory is that there are just a ton of people playing right now due to the big advertising push. I saw a CoC commercial on every single bowl game I watched (for you non-Americans out there that's american football). I think that people who quit playing saw the commercials and just got back into the game and with all the new android users it just compounded the problem.
I'd be willing to wager that the loot will suck for another few weeks at least and then we will return to normal.

With at least 1000 DE per raid it's not meant for DE saving. Hence why US proposes to max heroes first. But as you have the potential to make more on average for every raid, you might see a small profit or break even at least so your pumps are pure profit.Quote:

I'm actually doing pretty great up here miniballing in Masters III (low 2600s to mid 2700s);
and I usually need a max of 15-20 searches, worse case scenario.
I've seen some of the members from the clans that I visit haul in amazing loot @ C2-C1,
but because I'm not there, I can't attest to the search conditions.
Mind you, my raids are not all easy collector bases. Something which I am actually grateful for.
I usually raid collector:storage bases at a 1:4 (roughly) ratio,
and my raids can range anywhere from 150K - 350K.
I've managed to raid for a wizard tower and a mortar since the boost ended,
but I really only play very casually these days.
What I do love about farming up here though is the challenge
- mindless BAMs / BArches / BAGs were starting to eat at my soul.
Also, with the loot bonus, even if I haul only 100K of the loot, I end up with 170K in my pocket if I don't lose.

Carlito if you are using BAM and if you don't already reset your search after 10-20 searches it helps me once in a while. I also know how you feel on the fact of spending so much and spending all the gold for just one raid.Quote:
