Response from SC on forum.

Hi.

I've wondered about that SC does not come with any information about major topics such as:

Will they work on fix the builder bug,

So that 24 hours is equal to 24 hours build time? It has been a problem for a long time, and I can see that Super Steve started a thread about this, way back to 31 October 2013. The thread has subsequently been released from the forum, so that it is not locked anymore. Is anything being done about this problem? Or is it just hushed up?

I feel a bit like, the huge loot talk. There are not really any information from SC, about if the things are remain as they are, or they will work on them? How long is reasonable to wait for answers?

As long as people keep finishing builds with a few mins to go for a few gems then it will never be fixed IMHO.....

If SC gave answers no good would come of it. Either they would be answers folks don't want to hear like, "we won't fix it" or they would be seen as a commitment to doing something which they have shown no willingness to do.

So this has been proven and the bug is still there but nothing has been done by supercell. The question here is it worth a fight because all I can see is that it takes two to four extra hours only

This post states that the bug is only present in games developed by SC. And its a very good analysis.

This issue has never really bothered me. I'd rather supercell invest their energies somewhere else.

I only plan for a builder to be free a couple of days in advance. When looking to start another build, I'll keep an eye on the time from maybe a couple of hrs in advance, so don't notice it.

Sometimes it might mean a builder is idle overnight if I can't be bothered to wait up, but that isn't the end of the world.

Yes, I do not understand the purpose by not saying anything. It seems unprofessional. It seems more damaging not to tell truths. If they have already made a decision about the topics.

Is that really all there is to it? Players are whining and SC just have to show Le Nuts and everyone will shut up?

Here's a suggestion to all the whiners out there: if there is no response, please take it as they are working on it and it's complicated, therefore cannot be solved.

Not happy? Too bad. But seriously, whining WILL NOT help, get that into your heads.

I would not exactly call it that whine. But when you as a consumer pay money for a product, then you will also want to have an insight into how the product evolves. Eg. with builder bug, to take one thing .. This is something that affects the one who invest in buying time in the game.

Everytime i head this consumer purchase thing, i chuckle.

The only thing you paid for are gems. Are your gems working properly? Good.

Now go be like everyone else, because that's exactly how SC sees you, regardless of your spending.

They do not work properly if there is something wrong with time. So I pay more for it than I should. = Problem.

SC should look generally at their players - but there is a payment system in the game, and the service you can get from the pay system should work. It does not. As described above.

Well, its one of three option. They don't know what the problem is, they know what the issue is, but not how to solve it, or they have no interest in solving it. All, of course, are bad for the company for different reasons, and while it would be interesting to which one it is, they all have the same end result (thg problem not getting solved), so I really don't care if SC comments or not.
