Updating the Clock Tower Potion

With the Spring Update, I feel that the Clock Tower Potion is not as useful as it once was. I believe that the potion should be changed. Instead of it boosting resource, research, and building times, I think it should be used to reduce the time you have to wait until you can receive more Versus Battle Rewards from victories. Reducing that time by 10x for 30 minutes, or some variation, would increase productivity within the builder base. There are a lot of times where I stop playing in my builder base because I am no longer receiving Battle Rewards. I think this would work hand-in-hand with the fact that there are no longer wait times for armies to be trained in the Builder Base. I also feel that more people would use gems to expedite the remaining time to get more Battle Rewards. This would also increase the amount of trophies people have. Just a thought. They do reduce the upgrade times for buildings and research. I won't be willing to trade this with the option to get next daily bonus earlier. If I've upgraded all the buildings and going to upgrade my walls in BB, I would prefer this.

I’d prefer for them to reduce the cost to buy each potion.

I much prefer it as it is. I can use it to speed the completion of my bm. As taking on bases 1 or 2 levels higher is tricky enough with the bm, speeding completion time is much more useful than taking a bit of time off the wait until next reward cycle.
