This is just a suggestion and is subject to change as needed by supercell:
-New role: newbie
For the first 2 days of being in a clan, they aren’t allowed to donate or receive troops unless instantly promoted to member by elder/co/leader.
-Clan Polls:
Sent by only leader for maybe the next player to be promoted optionally by leader if you want to promote 3 people but that is too many so take the clans opinion on who the next co should be.
-Recruiting system change:
Allow a filter that if a player hasn’t logged on since the season reset that recruiters activate to find active players than a huge list of inactives.
