Make inactive bases inactive in cwl also.

As I said before, why should clans who are already going to be handicapped by having players who won't attack then be further artificially handicapped.

You have not given any reason whatsoever so far why you feel that they should be handicapped even more than they already are.

And your last sentence has no meaning I can decipher, since nobody "gets priority" over anybody else in CWL.

Well i rather attack a base with all of its might good practice for the future. It won't be fair in higher leagues because in there the players will attack. It would not be fun to attack a th11 that's dead. I lead a small clan that does not have that many high level players. We really rather face those clans that does not attack back that have better bases than those that have smaller th levels that attack. Because THEY DON'T ATTACK. If it were an active clan similiar to ours that were faced against us we could be steamrolled easily if they're better than us.

The inactive player won't even attack on any of your clanmate's base. That's already an advantage to you in CWL.
